KARINA RAY, MA, LMHC

​

Karina has worked in youth detention centers, community colleges, community mental health clinics, and ran her own counseling and consultation private practice, providing mental health and addiction services to youth, young adults, families, and couples. She also works in the outdoor gear and running industry, where she trains staff, provides expert advice, leads group runs, encourages outdoor adventures, and outfits customers for their adventures.

Karina is a licensed mental health counselor and clinical art psychotherapist with experience as an addiction counselor. Karina approaches therapeutic work with gentleness, deep respect, and a holistic viewpoint. She considers it an honor to sit, walk, or run alongside those with whom she collaborates in their healing process.

Karina has a passion for promoting physical and mental health. She is a mother and a lifetime endurance athlete. She incorporates humor, nature, creativity, spirituality, and holds hope for everyone she encounters. Her lifetime career goal is to decrease suffering and help clients connect to their core nature.
