PRACTICE POLICIES

PRACTICE POLICIES

~ Summary ~

Again, we know that long policies can feel overwhelming—especially for our neurodivergent and information-sensitive friends. That’s why we’ve created a short, easy-to-read summary below, with the full policy available right after it. The summary is just for convenience, so please be sure to review the full version if you have any questions or want all the details.

  • We’re committed to making our care and website accessible to all.

  • We collaborate with you to meet individual needs.

  • Services available in English and Spanish; more languages coming.

  • Materials available in alternative formats upon request.

  • Questions or feedback: info@groveinstitute.org | (541)-402-1024

At Grove Institute, we are committed to ensuring that everyone—across abilities, identities, languages, and neurodiversity—can access our services, resources, and online materials with ease and dignity. Accessibility is part of our mission to make behavioral health care inclusive, trauma-informed, and grounded in community care.

We work to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA standards to support accessibility for all visitors. This includes continuous improvements to navigation, readability, compatibility with assistive technologies, and the availability of alternative formats for key materials.

Our Commitments Include:

  • Using clear, plain language and consistent structure.

  • Providing alt text for images and captions for videos.

  • Supporting screen readers and keyboard navigation.

  • Offering information and forms in accessible formats upon request.

  • Regularly reviewing our website and materials for accessibility and inclusivity.

Collaboration and Individual Support

As a small organization, we may not have every accessibility feature in place yet—but our approach is personal and collaborative. If you experience barriers or need support accessing services, we will work directly with you to find the best solution for your needs.

Language Access

We currently provide clinical services in English and Spanish and are actively working to expand language access across our materials, trainings, and programs. If you need support in another language, please contact us—our team will do our best to connect you with interpretation or translation services whenever possible.
