CLINICAL SERVICES
At Grove, we provide trauma-informed, evidence-based behavioral health therapy for individuals and couples ages 13 and older. Our clinical work supports clients in navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, relationship stress, and major life transitions.

Our approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in neuroscience and relational safety. We integrate methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), alongside attachment-focused and solution-focused strategies. Sessions are designed to help clients understand their patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and move toward meaningful change.

Session billing includes documentation time. We are currently only accepting clients ages 13 and older, and we are only offering Telehealth services at this time. Kallie speaks Spanish and can provide services to Spanish-speaking clients.
If you need to cancel a session, we ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. To reschedule a session within the same week, we ask that you do so at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule within these windows will incur a $140 missed/late fee. You are allowed one “free” missed appointment.
We are currently accepting Premera, Regence, Aetna, and FirstChoice insurance providers. We also accept self pay and can provide super bills for any insurance company. A superbill is a detailed invoice we can send to your insurance provider through which you can submit a reimbursement claim, a common process if a clinician is not credentialed with your insurance company.

We strive to create a therapeutic space where each person feels seen, supported, and empowered to engage in their own process of healing and growth.
