A Bit About Jenny
Jenny is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker whose experience spans nonprofit theater arts development, alternative high school education, acute inpatient psychiatric care, and residential eating disorder treatment. She approaches therapy with warmth, collaboration, and a deep belief that seeking support is the most courageous first step toward caring for yourself.

Jenny practices through a human-centered, trauma-informed lens, recognizing that each person is the expert of their own life and experiences. As a social worker, she values understanding the full picture — including the ways systems, relationships, and communities shape individual well-being. Her goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and safe to show up as their full and authentic selves.

Jenny enjoys thoughtfully incorporating music, art, nature, and humor into the therapeutic process, helping sessions feel grounded, creative, and connected. Above all, she is committed to fostering compassionate care and meaningful relationships with those she works alongside.
