Kallie is a licensed behavioral health clinician and systems strategist recognized for her ability to move seamlessly between one-on-one clinical care and large-scale policy reform.

Her work spans emergency departments, rural behavioral health systems, violence prevention leadership, and statewide public health initiatives. She is known for building meaningful collaborations across disciplines, bringing clinicians, community members, policymakers, and organizations into alignment around human-centered and environment-centered solutions.

For her leadership in youth violence prevention in Portland, Kallie was awarded the Spirit of Portland Award for Outstanding Young Leader, honoring her structural contributions to community safety and long-term prevention.

Kallie’s approach integrates neuroscience, trauma-informed care, systems theory, and policy strategy. She understands that behavioral health is shaped not only by individual biology and experience, but by relationships, culture, institutions, and physical environments. Kallie specializes in working with individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety and other high-stress or high-demand environments, helping clients understand and regulate their nervous systems, rebuild safety, and cultivate resilience.
